Who can open deposit accounts with us:
Individuals / Undertakings who are residing / operating outside the UAE and are eligible to be treated as Professional Client (as defined by the Dubai Financial Services Authority) can open deposit accounts with us. Individuals:
- Account Opening Form
- Attested Copies of Passport
- Attested Copies of identification documents
- Copy of address proof.
- Latest Passport size photographs of all the depositors.
- Other specific requirements as per "Account opening form" .
Corporates:
- Commercial Registration
- Certificate of Registration
- Memorandum and Articles of Association / Partnership Deed
- Copies of official photo identity of authorised signatory(ies)
- Latest Audited Balance Sheet
- Fax Agreement
- Board Resolution to open and operate account with Bank of Baroda, OBU.
- Anti Money Laundering report as applicable.
- Other specific requirements as per "Account opening form" .
